Planning- We evaluate the needs of our clients to determine the required set of skills, organizational behaviour and relationships.
Implementation-includes interviews of candidates, shortlisting, informal reference checks , client interviews and formal reference checks
Closure-Negotiation and offer , follow up/progress and hand holding till the candidate joins the project
